My Houzz: Pretty Pastels Give a Rundown Home a new lease of life - "I want to be excited by the design," says interior designer and color consultant Bronfen Tammy and her husband. Nir, a realtor, color obsessed with Tammy turned a dilapidated house with awkward partitions and matte finishes in a space reminiscent of a candy store. to complete the look pretty, they took the walls, emptied the bathroom and kitchen and used bright wallpaper and colored woodwork.

Tammy considered changing the flooring, but decided to keep the existing terrazzo tiles because they are easy to clean and maintain - perfect for communal occupied area.
