Houzz Tour: A Designer Home Caribbean inspired in the Hollywood Hills - Although decay, the crumbling cottage in 1912 on the Hollywood Hills, California, the property was beyond the economy, Colin Rhys saw a golden opportunity site. As the main Xanadu Group, a design-build firm, he knew he would be able to build something new that would make every effort worthwhile. Then he picked up the property and decided to create a light and airy home with its own backyard ceramics workshop.
