Ed felt traditional style sofas would not agree to the large living room, which is long with a very high ceiling, so he chose a large day bed. "The giant day bed with Violet & George is a wonderful feature that works really well in this space, he said. "It was a bit of a risk not to put a couch here, but it really paid off.
