My Houzz: Warm wood finishes and Sleek with a host American - Sometimes a dream home starts with a blank page. But Michael and Susan Drover, their white page just led them to find a nearby house they turn into a modern open space. The couple abandoned their plans of new buildings, sold a piece of land they had purchased and refocused their attention on renovating a 190s interior to meet the needs of active family of five.

The house is on a large, landscaped grounds in the center of Newfoundland and Labrador. While in a traditional style, there was a lot of potential.
