Igor has applied this same keen eye to design his own apartment in the old city of Munich, and quite skillfully mastered the challenges of small living space in the process. The real estate market is notoriously competitive Munich, Igor deliberately chosen to live in a small apartment. He prefers to carefully evaluate all potential new purchases, the release of unused property and arrange everything with painstaking precision. Igor established his own personal oasis high above the roofs of the Bavarian capital, surrounded by the buzzing activity of the old town. When the social media manager who also runs the blog Good Interior since 2011, moved into this apartment there is more than seven years, an immediate lifting challenge: how can I provide one and a half small rooms? And how can I do it in a nice way?
Inspired by his various trips abroad, Igor decided to get to work. The result is a mixture of urban Boho style with vintage elements, infused with some Scandi accents. Blue and yellow define the color space, and recall a sunny day at the beach. Perfect for relaxing and dreaming about the next party
From the beginning, the motto of Igor's interior was: "One in - one." Before a new piece of furniture or accessory could be introduced in 'apartment! An old had to be removed. "That's how I create space for new objects, since I do not have a basement or a closet. This not only bring a breath of fresh air into the apartment, it also ensures that the space is not crowded, "says Igor.

Igor pressed a small shelf directly under the roof slope. To release the look, the books are not all lined up neatly in a row. Instead, they are alternately horizontally and vertically aligned. travel guides, fashion illustrations and even cookbooks can be found in this mixture volumes. colored glass vases and marble candlesticks still decorate the little corner.

The dining area, which is just steps from the corner shelf and the sofa offers an ideal space to relax and enjoy a casual breakfast. "When I came to Munich on the weekend, I deliberately take my time to enjoy my breakfast and a relaxed start to the holidays," says Igor.

Although the sleeping area is separated from the living and dining room with only a partial wall, this space feels fully contained nevertheless. The bedspread 'Anadia' yellow mustard Urbanara certainly contributes to this, as its elegant jacquard weave is a real eye-catcher.
The slope under the roof is painted in "Pipe Down" Farrow & Ball. The bedroom windows face east, which means that space is flooded with light in the morning. However, the rich, black paint manages to cut a little light and therefore ensures perfect cozy sleeping area for the occasional greasy weekend morning. Another interesting detail in the room is the framed photo on the bed "The picture always reminds me to travel, my biggest passion," says Igor.

Each month, Urban Jungle Bloggers arrange plants according to different themes. Recently, the topic was "hanging plants", which Igor built on the slope on his bed, bringing both a touch of spring in the apartment. As is the case with most of us, Igor is preparing for a spring cleaning. What will remain, and which will be launched in the street?
