What should we know about your blog?
I work in online business since I graduated and have always wanted to build something myself. A s lively and creative writer, Ready ing the blog was a natural first step for me.
I started sleeping with my mother, Denise. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years and was really the foundation of my love for the old and the mixture back into interior spaces. W e create style content on how to incorporate old pieces in an otherwise modern house, publish interviews with traders, and document best markets at the source of these objects. the ancient 'Words and "vintage" can often deter people, but in fact these unique pieces to give a soul to the house and character.

what you start blogging?
We started with an Instagram account, sharing photos of areas that we called, flea markets that we had found and merchants we visited, but we found we had too say and needed a longer format, so the blog was born.

how long have you lived here and how did you meet and your home?
I lived here for 18 months. We found this house after a long day of viewing properties in the area. We walked on the road of the beautiful Victorian terraces and came to an ugly duckling house on the end. It was not pretty, was very run down and needed a lot of work, but there was clearly potential and it was a challenge I am ready to accept. I am so glad now that I did.

What was the house like when you first moved in?
as before shows the photo, it was very dark and tired. There were many funny and odd shaped rooms cupboards protruding into spaces, so the first thing we did was still the form of all the rooms. The downstairs area was a lot of small parts, and we hit all through in an open plan dining, kitchen and lounge.
When the doors are open at the back of the court, it feels like the garden is part of the open space as well and it's beautiful.

What is your key to a healthy and happy life?
I truly believe that the way you treat has a big effect on how you feel about everything else. I love to eat fresh, healthy food, and going for a run is absolutely the best way to brush the cobwebs and clear my head.
I also find time to spend the rest of the online world in time with real people who make me laugh and convince me that there is a world outside of Instagram and blogs spend!

what makes you most happy at home?
I'm always moving things - and I love repurposing furniture from one room to another to keep things feeling fresh and new. An object or a piece of furniture can be neglected in one piece, but if you move into a new space, then it might suddenly find its rightful place. I'm happy when I'm pottering around at home doing liked the spaciousness and lived in.

What is your favorite place in the house and why?
in the summer, it is certainly the court. It was a totally disused space before and is very small and almost not feel worth having. We were very white and light and added an outdoor sofa. It really feels like an extension of the kitchen and the living room when the doors are pulled back. It is also a great place to start the day with some yoga.

What is your proudest DIY?
I'm good enough for the construction of Ikea furniture (DIY Matters!). In addition, I put the sofa outside with no education (they were in German and, unfortunately, despite living there briefly, my German is definitely not up).

do you have a design rule that you live by?
I always say that, but go with your gut. Buy something you like and talking about some level, and your eyes will always be a "find".
I'm constantly talking to people through layer which just fall in love with something - be it a style, color or just a walk chair - and purchases will stay with them forever.
There are so many different styles out there, whether French antiques, pieces of midcentury classical creations or the latest furniture, and you should not stick to one "look". Instead, mix things up and find the common thread is just that you love them. This is the way to build a collection you're proud of.

What is your next big decorating project?
For now, there is nothing big on the horizon. The renovation of the house was a huge work we miraculously managed to withdraw in seven weeks, but it means we have almost everything on their way suddenly.
That said ... I would not mind to paint my room a different color, I'm really looking to restyle my kitchen shelves down and am planning a gallery wall running down the stairs. Mini projects!

what is the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?
I wish it was not, but probably check my phone! I make a resolution to charge my phone at night in another room and get a traditional alarm clock to wake me.
I work at home, it has always been important for me to make the environment to meet that too. I take the position that there is a correlation between an area without clutter and a clear mind, so I usually start my morning preparing a quiet and pleasant to work with. We take some offices this month and we hope that this separation will naturally be more clear.
