My Houzz: Eclectic and Family Urban Home in Copenhagen - When Tina and Jack Fussell married, they made a pact to save money instead of buying a house so they would be able to realize their dream of living abroad. Although such an arduous approach may deter some, Jack, a nonprofit consultant and freelance photographer, and Tina, a freelance writer, photographer and author of the beloved blog Traveling Mama, have managed to bring their dreams to reality - a feat all the more impressive with three children in tow. In the years since leaving their roots in Atlanta, the family made holiday travel in Spain, Morocco and now Copenhagen, Denmark.
About intention of moving again, Tina said, "We hope to be here for a while. Denmark is a great place to raise children, and all three of us are very happy here. While we lack the sense of adventure and novelty that comes with moving to a new country, I think we could go a little crazy if we had to learn a fifth language! So for now (and maybe for good), the clan Fussell is installed.

"I bought it here in Copenhagen, but it is in Eastern Europe," says Tina. "By opening the doors and breathed the smell of wood inside, I was immediately taken in my closet in Morocco, and I could not leave the store without it. Maybe it's silly to buy something because of how it feels, but I had to have it. It is also difficult to find wood furniture in Denmark, so it's extra special discovery.
