Houzz Tour: A Bespoke and luxurious house in the heart of West London - The owners of this South Kensington apartment wanted something elegant and luxurious, with space for family and friends to meet. They had been looking for the perfect London pad for some time, and when they came through this space, it fills all the boxes with its well-considered architecture and beautifully appointed rooms in a highly secure building served.
The apartment was very neutral in terms of range before the current owners moved in, and lacked much character, so they Roselind Wilson enlisted designer to design a space that exuded grandeur while remaining calm and sophisticated. On the ground floor there are two reception rooms and a kitchen and a staircase sweeps up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

"I choose a champagne color for the background to get married in both gold and silver. The small rectangles on the wallpaper add detail and texture, which allows the eye to seize the space and attach it to something concrete inside. "Explain Roselind.

most of the furniture and works of art in the house was already owned by customers. This sofa, for example, was taken from their old home and reupholstered. "The full paisley damask pattern space, it is very soft and elegant, and we extracted the colors of the illustration above, that customers already had," says Roselind. The work was put together using the same silk as the cushions. "It creates a beautiful elevation and a look," she adds.

Roselind had custom panels and plastering installed to make the most of the high ceilings. "The room lends itself to this kind of grandeur, she said. "We have also introduced color, with green bluey tender on the walls. The shadow has gray as a voice to give a sense of calm, and also felt comfortable, "said Roselind.

the living room, while the less formal of the two reception rooms, still had to be elegant, composed and organized. "The room was quite narrow, and customers would be able to accommodate up to eight people around the table to eat, so we went to an oval shape," says Roselind. Again, many of the items were custom made for the room.
