My Houzz: A Airy Warehouse transformed Perfect Space Live / Work - Nicolo Sertorio photographer and researcher Seonok Lee sought a large multi home with an easy drive to San Francisco. They found what they wanted in a 3300 square foot unit is part of a community live work in Oakland that belonged to the artist Bruce Beasley in 1989 and designed in collaboration with architect Thomas Dolan.
working closely with architect Marc DiGiacomo, they converted their large, empty box in a modern living space with a photography studio photography for commercial business Sertorio.
