Houzz Tour: A Modern Home With a laid-back, Farm Feel Texas - This cozy house in Texas was built for comfort. Acting as his own interior designer, the owner has worked closely with the architect Kyle Dillon to create a place that would provide his family of six with ease and comfort. One of the most comfortable rooms of the house is the family room, which runs right along the front of the house and has a series of beautiful French doors that lead to the front terrace pergola covered. There is even a sense of family history to foot - the floors are made of recycled bricks from the ranch house of the grandmother of the owner who sat on the site.
