Houzz Tour: Luxury and beautiful glazing materials Revive a Victorian house - When the owners of this terraced house late 19th century approached Tavis Wright DOS Architects, they were looking for design tips for another house down the street. However, halfway through the process, they saw this house and fell in love with it for its space and amazing views Ravenscourt Park - despite the great work she needed. So they started the whole process again with Wright to turn this house into a home bright, spacious and modern.
This was not an easy task: some major structural changes were needed, including lowering one of the stages and undertake a three-month excavation project to create a small basement for house a cloakroom and utility, but the results were worth it.

This more formal living room at the rear of the house was designed to be an entertainment area. "It's a little more adult room," says Wright. "It is a bit more elegant than the rest of the house.
Most of the furniture came from the previous house owner, so the rooms have been designed around the way these rooms would be ready.

This is the view from behind the living room to Ravenscourt Park. It is easy to see why the owners fell in love with the house when they saw it. "It is the village-y; it does not look like London.
