My Houzz: A Restored rail is a unique house on a beach in Kent - Not many people can count a passenger car as a place to get away from everything, but when Mark Hampshire Keith Stephenson and want to escape, they head for the car of their Victorian converted guard on the headland Dungeness in Kent.
