My Houzz: A Home Dublin With a laid-back, eclectic vibe - As an interior blogger and owner of the online store in April and The Bear, Siobhan Lam believes that his home is in constantly changing. "The advantage and, come to think of it, the disadvantage of running your own store interiors is that you inevitably buy everything for your home, says Siobhan. Fortunately, his partner, Jamie Hughes, like Siobhan parts brings home, which all contribute to the laid-back, urban atmosphere they like.

At the head of the house with treasures and unique finds display is the fun part of what has been three years of renovation. Ironically, Siobhan and Jamie had no plans to take on a restoration project, but when they came across a dilapidated gem, built in 180, on the Grand Canal lined with trees, they knew he had the potential to be their house forever. They moved into the house in 2011 and, with great dedication, elbow grease and the help of friends and family, have turned a dark warren of tiny apartments in a bright, elegant home furnished with recycled , upcycled and vintage finds.
